Supplements

My supplements!!! News flash there isn’t much!! Haha I wish there was some drink or pill that could make magic happen, but I’ve yet to see one. I think some people assume I take boat loads of supplements, the truth is I don’t do anything consistently .

Pre-workout: So I love a good pre-workout every now and then but I have yet to find one that gives me a huge burst of energy. I’ve tried all sorts of stuff, I don’t like the tingle, and they make me have to pee a ton, and I honestly don’t notice a huge difference when I do and don’t use them. I have recently been drinking Bang energy drinks here and there,  but again not a huge game changer for me, I just love the flavors. I think my body is so used to caffeine I may need to detox a bit and some of these would be more effective

BCAAs: I am a fan and I believe in them. They can help in muscle growth and recovery, reduce soreness and fatigue. I used to be way more consistent with these and just haven’t been for a few months just due to laziness 🤣 They are in some energy drinks as well.

Greens: I take these to aid in getting enough nutrients from veggies/fruit. Greens have been great for my digestion.  I am not consistent with these, take them maybe 3-4 out of 7 days a week. It does take some time to stop and drink them and they don’t always taste the best

Probiotic: I use these and they probably the thing I’m most consistent about taking because it’s just a pill and easy to take. Probiotics are great for digestive, vaginal/urinary and oral health. If you are someone who has “bloating” try a high quality probiotic from a health food store

I very seldom use protein powders. I just prefer to eat/chew my protein. I feel like I don’t get any fill up (satiation) from drinking protein and would rather eat meat. I drink them when I’m running very low on protein and I know I won’t be able to catch up with food

That’s all I got guys. In the end supplements are not necessary to obtaining a fit physique. I’m not brand committed to anything. I’m constantly changing it up. Hope that helps. Happy Friday! ❤️SC
