Motivation

Where do you get your motivation? For me, it came from seeing results and then never wanting to go back. So in the beginning, that meant MANY, MANY days “doing it anyway” and just trusting the process. Putting the plan into action and still doing it even when it really seems like nothing is happening. You likely aren’t going to have results after a week, it may even take a MONTH of 100% consistency so you are gonna have to dig deep. If you are waiting for that magical day for motivation to happen you likely will be waiting a long time. Get to work, be patient and once you see some results or feel the benefits of new lifestyle then I guarantee you’ll start to be motivated. Noticing changes and feeling great will have you wanting more. It becomes a cycle, the lifestyle you used to dread, you now realize you don’t want to live without

I’m in a bit of a slump lately myself. Working out and gym is no problem, but for some reason I can’t get my food and water consumption back in the game. I’m not trying to lose weight or “get shredded”, I want to grow muscle and I need proper nutrition. Frankly, I’m tired of feeling like crap and know my food is a huge culprit right now. It has been nice taking a little break, but I know it is time to get back on track and I know my body will thank me. Join me and let’s do it!
