SHANNON

Hello! My name is Shannon, I am a 44 year-old wife, mother of 2 daughters and a Registered Nurse. Growing up, I never had to worry about my weight and was able to eat whatever I wanted without consequence. Years of eating junk food started to catch up with me as I hit my mid 30s during parenthood. In 2015, I found myself 40lbs heavier and at my 9 month pregnancy weight and I was not pregnant! I knew I needed to change so I could be around for my family as long as possible.

I began my journey by being more aware of the food I put in my body, intuitively just eating more whole foods. I also changed my focus in gym from long cardio classes to more weight lifting. I lost 30lbs over about 2 years! In Fall of 2018 I wanted to see if could take my body to next level and shed that last 10lbs. I started researching and learning about Macro counting and the rest is history. I obtained my ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification, Macro Nutrition Certified through NASM, have my Certified Personal Trainer certificate through NASM. I have had such success with this lifestyle because you can still eat the foods you love as long as they fit YOUR macros. Being strong and building muscle has changed my body, I feel better now than I did in my early 20s!

My services are here to help you find your confidence and strength to lead a happier and healthier life.

  • Monthly subscription hypertrophy training program via my mobile app. Includes home (3 or 4 days) and gym (3, 4 or 5 days). Program is designed with an intent to progress at same exercises week after week to build muscle and strength. Programming will change every 6 weeks on 4/5 day programs and every 12 weeks on the 3 day. Home workouts need dumbbells, bands that can attach to a door frame, a bench of some sort (one that inclines preferred), a step or low bench for hip thrusts and step ups. Reoccurring subscription price is $24.99/month or sign up for year and save at $239/year. Can cancel anytime. No refunds and nothing will be prorated for lack of use or early cancellation.

  • This plan provides you with a detailed guide on Macros, how to get started with tracking, tips and tricks, a grocery list on frequently bought items, a reverse dieting guide to assist in getting you out of calorie deficit back into maintenance. This is custom numbers that includes same macro numbers 7 days a week based off your goal (fat loss, maintenance or muscle building). You will be prompted to complete a detailed questionnaire after payment so I can best complete your macros. This is NOT ongoing coaching, consultation, or meal plans. Price is $135.

  • One on one nutrition coaching includes weekly customs macros set by myself or my assistant coach to help you meet your goals. It will also include my detailed macro guide on how to get started. You will be completing an extensive check-in sheet weekly. We will communicate via the voxer texting app with how to proceed for the next week along with any recommendations/education needed to help you meet your goals. You will be required to take progress photos, get measurements, and do daily scale weigh ins. It will include access to my training app which will give a choice between 4 or 5 day gym split or a 4 day home workout. It will not be customized programming. The programming will change every 6 wks on a schedule. Same workouts as my monthly membership. The app is also full of resources/tips tricks to help assist in meeting your goals. I am available to you 7 days a week (during my wake hours) by voxer texting app for questions. Price ranges from $360- $400 (depending on coach) charged every 4 weeks. This 12 week minimum commitment. Shannon is currently not taking new clients and this is a waitlist, spots are available with assistant coach.   • This is a 4 week (April 8th-May 6th) group coaching session to help you meet your individual physique goals. You will have access to me along with other members on a discussion board in my app for education, coaching and questions. You will receive ONE starting set of custom macros to match your goal done by myself or my assistant coach Cait, my macro guide detailing the ins and outs of macro counting along with my reverse dieting guide to teach you how to get out of deficit (fat loss) when the time comes. It will also include 6 weeks of workouts (hypertrophy training with a goal to build muscle) via my training app and an 8 week progress tracker and a Habit Tracker on a Google sheet to track all your progress. Price is $155. There is also an option to purchase an additional check-in that will take place the last week of the group to make sure you are on the right track and give recommendations on how to proceed.
